Chapter 1 in "Measure What Matters" speaks how you can now measure everything there is to know about business in social media, but without the metrics, you have absolutely nothings because those metrics is what matters to your business. Business is about having the right stakeholders who will develop a bold foundation through customers, employees, and the entire sales force. Social media isn't necessarily about the media itself. Rather its about the community in which you do business with. The way we truly get clientele is by having face to face contact with customers because customers talk to and trust each other more than they do companies. In order for companies to innovate more effectively and operate more profitable, it is essential to listen to and evaluate what your market is saying to you.

Many students often struggle with preparing for a challenging exam. The problem with many students is that we often procrastinate and wait last minute to cram all the test material in our heads before the actual test. Truth be told, that strategy is never helpful because studying for a test takes time and effective reviewing beforehand. Cramming for an exam only puts more pressure in your brain that does not cause you to think clearly. In order to succeed on an exam, it's important to follow the simple steps to study well. Below are my 10 strategies for studying effectively: 10. Stay hydrated, eat the right foods, and make sure you're getting enough sleep (nutrition). As the entire social media generation uses specific platforms for business such as LinkedIn or Facebook, people fail to recognize Instagram allowing you to create a business profile. Instagram business profiles allow you to promote certain photos that give people a general idea of what your business is like based upon certain events, the structure, and a foundation of your specific line of work. For example, many people who are exercise trainers use their profile to develop clientele by posting their own workout videos and before-after pictures by a certain amount of clients they work with.  Instagram also allows you to view your current insight status on your business profile. That insight tab that is located to the top right on your profile page allows you to see the numerical amount of impressions, reaches, and profile views. This week's reading was based on Chapter 7 on the Social Media Marketing textbook. This chapter was about local reviews about public places. In other words, the chapter is about looking for customer approval before entering a public place. Yelp has made that very helpful for customers to "talk back" by sharing their positive and/or negative reviews about all sorts of local businesses. The two most common businesses that people like to seek approval from are restaurants and hotels. People seek desire for great hospitality in customer service and high quality food in the restaurant business and people . However, there are some reviews that are overly critical about the place. For example, one person giving a review might be very picky with customer service and would say that the employees were not at their highest performance but had great hospitality. In today's society, the majority of people get carried away with thinking they wouldn't be at certain places without social media. For example, the reason why a person gets a job is because a person on their social media platform was introducing their business company to get their followers to join their business. President Trump has stated that he would not be where he is today with out social media in general. According to an article on VOA News  , President Trump defended his regular use of social media and said that he may not have won the White House without it. He is specifically referring to the use of Twitter because this is his platform of choice. It's also another way to keep the people updated on what is going on and his current plans. This is a video I made about some of the things that Ada has to offer. Ada is a nice, quiet, and small Midwest village located in Northwest Ohio that is 20 minutes west from the city of Lima and an hour and a half away from the city of Columbus. The village of Ada will bring absolutely nothing else but charm and delight. The town itself is mostly known for having a well-known college that many students attend: Ohio Northern University. Students who live on campus make most of their living in Ada. An interesting fact about Ada, is it's home of Wilson Football Factory which makes footballs for the NFL. Although Ada isn't a name many people nation wide have heard of, the village is unique and very subtle for anyone looking to enjoy and kick their feet up!

As more people begin to scroll through their posts of interests made by other Pinterest users, they develop more ideas. Ideas that can satisfy their needs in any particular thing whether it is based on their personal interest or something else that's a general form. People nowadays use pinterest as a major shopping source to gather ideas on materials that they would like to own that would make them satisfied and make their lives "easier". For example, a friend of mine found a great tool on Pinterest that's made for folding clothes. Most of us have to fold with our hands and that can be a bit frustrating because most of the time that shirt or pair of pants may not fold properly. But with this tool, you are guaranteed that you will have the clothes folded perfectly! Pinterest contains all sorts of ideas and products you thought never existed.
